STEP 1
First conversation and interview
We listen in detail to your current operations, the issues you face and the support you need. No fees arise at this stage.
STEP 2
Job definition and quotation
We return with a written definition of scope, frequency and deliverables, together with a quotation.
STEP 3
Execution and monthly review
We deliver against the agreed definition and report the work and the numbers in a fixed monthly format. Scope is reviewed every month.

Choose from three: supply chain (inventory, service, forecast), financial (margin, collection, cash) or management review (strategy to this month’s decisions). Each runs to six pages: an eight-KPI summary, three findings with what each one costs, and three next actions. Synthetic data — no client figures — but the structure and the KPI definitions are the ones we use.
