Your own numbers, measured the way we measure them — once, for a fixed fee, in two weeks.
Before anyone commits to a monthly service or a project, one question deserves an answer: what do my numbers actually say? The Health Check answers it, once, for a fixed fee.
You send four extracts your system already produces. Two weeks later you receive a six-page report on your own operation — forecast accuracy and its direction, inventory cover and slow-moving stock, service level by category, supplier lead-time spread — with each finding priced and a recommended decision attached. We then walk it through with you on a thirty-minute call.
Mechanics
What it takes from your side
- Demand forecast by product, as submitted
- Actual shipments and open orders
- Inventory on hand by product and location
- Open purchase orders with promised and actual receipt dates
Standard system extracts are sufficient — spreadsheets are fine. We do not need access to your systems. Your data is used for this review only, handled under a mutual confidentiality agreement, and deleted or returned on request.
The measurement basis is printed in the report, so your team can verify every figure. If the findings warrant nothing further, that is a legitimate outcome — you will know your operation is sound, and what it would cost you to let it drift.

The Health Check is sold at a single fixed fee — the fee is US$6,000. It is deliberately priced well below the cost of a month of anyone’s time, because its job is to give you certainty before bigger commitments, not to be one.
If the review leads into the monthly Managed SCM Office, the first month uses the definitions already agreed during the Health Check — nothing is measured twice.

The sample runs to six pages: an eight-KPI summary, three findings with what each one costs, and three next actions. It is built on synthetic data — no client figures — but the structure and the KPI definitions are the ones we use.
