Getting started
From sign-up to go-live
Five steps, about ten minutes of your time. Nothing to install.

What happens at each step
| 1. Choose a plan | Pick a plan on the pricing page or the sign-up screen. Assist comes with a 14-day free trial. Unsure? Try the demo first. |
|---|---|
| 2. Register payment | Card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure page — GOS servers never touch your card number. Receipts and card changes are self-service in your own portal. |
| 3. Sign in | Enter your email address and a 6-digit code arrives — no password to create. Your subscription and connections are tied to this address, so you can continue from any device. |
| 4. Connect your accounts | Connect Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail, calendar, OneDrive, SharePoint) or Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) by approving the permissions yourself on the official consent screens. GOS never holds your password. Details: how we handle your data. |
| 5. Trial run → live | A setup session fixes the working rules (whose calendar, what may be sent in your name, approval routes), then a one-to-two-week trial run tunes the morning brief before going live. |
Start by reading one report.
The sample runs to six pages: an eight-KPI summary, three findings with what each one costs, and three next actions. It is built on synthetic data — no client figures — but the structure and the KPI definitions are the ones we use.
