Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
Our services are provided to businesses — companies and sole proprietors.
This disclosure is required under Article 11 of the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. This is a translation for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

Additional costs
Japanese consumption tax, and the internet and communication charges required to use the service, which are borne by the customer. We charge no handling fee. Bank transfer charges, where you pay by invoice, are borne by the customer.
Payment method
- AI Secretary: credit card only.
- All other services: credit card, or bank transfer against an invoice.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; card details never pass through our servers.
When payment is taken
All services are billed monthly in advance.
- By card: the first month is charged on sign-up, then automatically on the same day each month.
- By invoice: we issue an invoice for the current month at the beginning of that month.
- One-off engagements are governed by the individual contract.
The Assist plan of the AI Secretary includes a 14-day free trial. Card details are registered at sign-up, but the first charge is taken when the trial ends. No charge arises if you cancel during the trial.
When the service is provided
- AI Secretary: connection instructions are sent immediately after payment; the service is available as soon as you have connected your own Microsoft 365 or Google account.
- Management advisory, subsidy watch: available as soon as the contract is concluded.
- KPI Watch: the first month is used to agree the metrics and data formats; monthly reports start the following month.
- Supply Chain Health Check: the report and briefing are delivered within two weeks of receiving the required data.
Cancellation and refunds
All of our services are the provision of services, so there is no physical product to return.
- Contracts run in one-month terms and renew automatically unless cancelled. There is no minimum term.
- AI Secretary: you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.
- Other monthly services: please notify us by the last day of the preceding month (for example, to stop from November, tell us by 31 October).
- Fees already paid are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- No charge arises if you cancel during the free trial.
- Cancellation can be requested from your account screen, or by e-mail or telephone.
- One-off engagements are governed by the individual contract.
Cooling-off does not apply to mail-order sales under Japanese law.
System requirements
An internet-connected computer or smartphone with a current version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Firefox. The AI Secretary additionally requires your own Microsoft 365 or Google account.
