    \nStart with visiting and interviewing the client about the current issues and support needs. We then provide consultation on process improvement opportunities as well as organisation and resource plan (if needed). Complimentary consultation service up to two visits.<\/li>\n
  2. The Original Model of Job Scoping<\/strong>
    \nAnalyse what we have learnt from the interviews in line with our proprietary GOS<\/span> Job Scoping Model, then go back with a Job Definition including process improvement proposal (if necessary) as well as price quotation.<\/li>\n
  3. Execution of Operations in line with the suggested Job Scope<\/strong>
    \nStart providing services in line with the final Job Definition agreed with the client.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
