Therefore, we hereby declare our code of conduct according to “Act on the Protection of Personal Information”, Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as” Act No.57”):
1. About the purpose of utilisation of personal information
(1) Our business domain
We collect personal information to accomplish the purpose in providing the following services (hereinafter referred to as “our services”):
•Undertaking operation outsourcing
•Business and operation consultancy
•Business and solution information providing

•Temporary staffing
(2) Purpose of utilisation of private information
When we collect personal information directly in writing, the purpose of utilisation to be clearly stated and consent to be obtained. In other cases of collecting personal information such as indirect collection, we limit the information utilisation within the following purposes except when the purpose of information utilisation is obvious or provisions of laws or regulations require:
•Providing information about our services
•Provision of our services
•Information of seminars or exhibition about our services
•Questionnaire or analysis of the survey
•Contract fulfillment
•Correspondence to the inquires
(3) Joint utilisation of personal information
In case we have co-organiser in organising an event such as a seminar, personal information collected for the above-mentioned purposes
to be jointly utilised with the co-organiser.
The name of the co-organiser to be clearly stated at every time of personal information collection, and each of GOS and the co-organiserv is fully responsible for managing those information. In case the collected personal information to be jointly utilised for other purposes than the above, those purposes to be announced directly to the individual(s) or on the web site
(4) Personal information provision to the third party
We, GOS do not provide collected personal information to the third party without the consent of the original information owner except in the following cases:
•required by laws or regulations
•necessary to protect human life or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the original information owner
•necessary for improvement of public sanitation or promotion of children healthy development, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the original information owner
•need to cooperate with governmental institute, local government, or their entrusted body or individual in executing their mission required by laws or regulations, and obtaining the consent of the original information owner might hinder such mission execution
(5) Entrustment of personal information
There might be the case in which we entrust collected personal information to the third party only when such third party is appropriately evaluated on capability of personal information management and found they meet the standard of our contractor selection standard only for the purposes defined in the above (2).
